MaRK Teacher Connect is aimed at working with the Arizona education system in decreasing vacancies with the most qualified candidates. We work with several countries to hand pick these educators while working with VISA sponsors, Department of Homeland Security, Airline Carriers, Embassies, and Credential Evaluators.  This provides qualified candidates everything they need to have a successful admission to Arizona’s stringent credentialing requirements.

              We work with international entities to ensure teachers are qualified to start and coordinate with the various districts to assist in getting a job offer before they arrive. We understand that other companies are operating in America that are conducting similar business but we bring a local perspective and understanding to our systems and needs. This comes from a wrap around service provided to the educators coming to United States from assisting from onboarding to permanent housing. We know individuals coming to the United States face challenges such as obtaining fingerprint cards, credit worthiness, application assistance, transportation and more.

              Our consultancy and referral process focuses on providing the best experience for all parties involved. I decided to pursue this venture after having a lengthy conversation with family member, former Principal of Weinberg Gifted Academy, Chandler, Az. I realized that our education system had so many vacancies and our need to replace our aging workforce has it’s own challenges. My connections with the Philippines were the first start in making this venture a realization.

              Assisting teachers seeking employment in Arizona, we have found the scalability we needed to develop into a full-time business. Born and raised in a small town south of Tucson, I wanted to give back to my community. We are actively assisting individuals for the 2025-2026 academic year. We currently work with teachers from Pakistan, Zimbabwe, and Philippines.
